Product returns

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement for children’s goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 7 business days from the day of product delivery, in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 258 of August 17, 2001, “Approval of the Rules for Selling Goods and Providing Services When Contracts Are Made Using Communication Tools.”

When returning the goods, the following conditions must be followed:

• The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
• The product must be undamaged and not used by the buyer;
• The product must be unused and in its original condition (labels, protective films, etc., must not be damaged);
• The returned product must have the same components as received by the buyer.

If the product’s packaging is damaged or the product shows visible signs of use, the money will not be refunded.

If the above conditions are met, you should write a free-form request to return the product, indicating your name, invoice number, product name and price, and the account number where the refund should be made. You should also state your agreement to deduct the shipping fee from the refund.

This request should be sent via email to [email protected]. Once we receive and approve the request, you must return the product through a courier to the specified address. The amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded to the Buyer’s account within 15 calendar days from the Buyer’s written notice of withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement.

Non-quality goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by the Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001, of the Minister of Economy.

In accordance with Article 4 of Order 6.362 of the Minister of Economy, children’s goods that are of good quality but due to specific hygiene requirements (such as baby bottles, teething toys, bottles, etc.) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
